Can I ask for a sample? Is it really free?
Yes. Sending you a sample would be a pleasure and there is no charge, but we do have to ask you to bear the cost of sending the sample to you. This is easily done by giving us your account number with FedEx, UPS or any international courier company. It has to be this way because we get hundreds of requests for free samples every day and we can't afford to send every one what they want, much as we’d like to. People who are willing to pay for the shipping aren't the ones looking for just a free bag.

Can I have a full sample set?
For those who are interested in doing business with us, we offer a representative sample set of my 25 most popular styles. This costs just $ 250.

Do you do small runs?
Of course! There are no problems doing as few as 50 bags and our turn around time is also very quick. We are happy to do even smaller quantities, but for anything less than 50 the shipping costs become unviable. 

What currency are these prices in?
These prices are in US$. They could change at short notice. When you inquire with us, we will send you an exact quote with shipping and printing.

What do these prices include? Are there any hidden charges?
These are ex-factory prices and do not include shipping and printing. Read on for more on this. Once we know the design you want, the number of colors you require and the destination you want the bags shipped to, we will be happy to send you an exact quote. To be accurate in our quote we would also need to know the quantity you want. 

I'd like my company name/logo/message printed. What does that cost?
Not much really! There is a small one time setup cost of $ 40.00 per design, after which the charge is just 8 cents per color / impression for small runs. This goes down to 4 cents per color for quantities of more than 500 bags.

Can I send you my design by email?
Sure. We would prefer vector images (Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator make these and the file extensions would be .cdr or .ai) as these can resized without any distortions or jaggies coming in. If these are not convenient, then just send whatever image file you have and we will let you know if there are any issues with printing it.

One point of caution:  We work with IBM / Windows compatible machines. So if you are sending us an image from a Mac compatible source, please save it to a format and with an extension that Windows can read.

What are my shipping options? How long does it take?
There are three options for you to choose from: Sea shipping, airfreight and bulk courier (such as is offered by FedEx, UPS, etc)

Sea shipping usually takes about 4 weeks and is the cheapest for quantities larger than 1000 bags.

Airfreight usually takes anywhere between 10 and 12 days and costs a bit more than sea shipment.

Bulk Courier services take just about 6 days, but do cost more (for small quantities, this option often works out cheaper than the other two. Ask and we'll be happy to work out the best options for you). Many clients prefer this option because these guys take care of customs and all import formalities and bring your shipment to your doorstep for you. When you order by sea or airfreight you may need to hire a customs broker or someone to clear the goods and arrange for local delivery to you. This differs from country to country, so do inquire.

Are there any other costs involved?
If you are not in India, you can expect your government to charge some import/customs duty on the bags. This is usually quite an insignificant amount in most countries, averaging around 5% of the value. FedEx, UPS or any other courier company should be able to help you find out about this, particularly if you tell them they might be involved in bringing the goods to you.

What if I want another style or something special developed? What if I need something lower priced?
If you don't see exactly what you are looking for, tell us what you’d like and what your budget is. We can usually work out a great solution for you.

Do you use child labor?
Absolutely not! We are a conscientious and decent organization and very concerned about the well being and future of the children in our country.

I've heard of people being taken for a ride when shopping through the net. How do I know you'll deliver what you say you will?
